wtaer/methanol injection?
I 've been looking at water methanol injection to help lower egt's when towing heavy, has any one installed one on an excursion? I was wondering where to put the tank, the only place I can see is next to the frame under the drivers side.

After some digging, I see that you have a 2005 6.0 like mine.
I'm not sure if you have the stock exhaust or not, but if you do, deleting the muffler helps. Also, if you have a 2005 Engine like mine does, it means you also have a smaller compressor (55 or 56mm). Riffraff Diesel's billet wheel worked wonders for my truck as far as spooling and overall performance. To keep egts down, I got my hands on an '03 compressor housing which is 59 MM as opposed to the 55 that came on my truck. Between that and my intake egts will be plenty reasonable while towing and my right foot every now and again.
