52 239 flywheel install

After 2 years working on this project, I set the motor back in the frame. I was going to put my flywheel on. Is there a certain orientation it goes on? It has the two line up pins, on the crank. It could go 180 degrees either way. Does it matter on flywheel orientation to crankshaft? Is it best to go ahead and bolt bell housing to motor or transmission to install transmission?

The Flat V8's have neutral balance, the flywheel can go either way.
