Looking for help putting a value on my truck.
I am considering putting my truck up for sale and have no idea what to price her at. Anyone have anyplace that can take into account all of the maintenance and upgrades that have been done, or if they would even BE taken into account?
Truck is an 81 F-150 Extended Cab, long bed 2WD.
Items that have been upgraded or maintained:
1)Shocks, Midas HD ($750) ~11000 miles ago
2)Recently rebuilt 4.9L I6 with ~10K miles. Rebuild was performed by Western Engine Supply here in Denver. ($2200)
a.Comp Cams K66-237-4
b.Flat top pistons
c.Gasket matched intake and exhaust ports
d.Steel timing gear
e.Oil pan upgraded to one piece gasket (87-96) version to stop leaks. ($200) (it was successful, no leaks)
f. Ignition upgraded to Performance Distributors distributor with Dynamod ignition module ($425)
3)Offenhauser 6227C intake ($250)
4)4BBL Edelbrock carburetor ($400)
5)Upgraded exhaust manifolds - fuel injected version cast iron header; 3>2> 1 - Y-Pipe
a.Magnaflow catalytic converter
b.Walker SS Stainless steel truck muffler
6)Upgraded the alternator to the 3G (1993 and later) alternator and charging system. ($150)
7)Electric fan conversion with 2 speed relay switch (1993 Taurus)
8)5-speed transmission conversion M5R2 – rebuilt by A1 Transmission ($2000)
a.Driveshaft rebuilt, new center bearing
b.New(ish) LUK clutch - installed with 5 spd upgrade
c.Hydraulic clutch & pedal assembly
9)Rear wheel bearings and seals ($250)
10)New brakes: ($400)
a.Front Rotors, bearings, calipers, pads
b.Rear wheel cylinders and shoes
11)New Steering components: ($450)
a.Red Head steering gear
b.All new steering components: tie rod ends, center link, radius arm bushings, pivot bushings
12)1987 Ford F-150 aluminum wheels, with new Cooper Discoverer tires. ($550)
Thanks for any input.
