Good post. I have that same Level Kit, but only have 600 miles on my truck. So far it seems great, and I don't have any issues. I'll definitely keep a close watch on this.
Yes everything was well within spec, maybe it’s the shi&$y standard bds shocks that come with the kit.i just switched back to the factory shocks, cause the bds made the truck a little bouncy in the front
Here is a link to a good read on alignment. It maybe focused on the ram trucks but solid axle trucks are not very different when it comes to alignments.
How many of you installed this kit with the supplied caster bushings, and had alignment problems, such as outside tire wear.this is on a 2019 f250
I self installed the kit on my 2017. I did have alignment issues at first. I also replaced my leaf springs with deavers soon after. I thought it was my leaf spring install that had messed with the way my truck pulled. It wasn't Turns out it was my track bar relocation drop bracket joint to the stock track bar. It was loose. It calls for like 430 foot lbs of torque I think and I don't have a torque wrench capable of that so I just gave it my all. Well that wasn't good enough. When I pulled into my parking spot at home I could hear an audible clunk when turn the wheel when I was near full stop. Got me wondering so I set up a camera and low and behold I found the source of the clunk. Turns out it immediately fixed the truck pulling to the side. So once I found it to be loose I put some thread lock on it and re-torqued. Been fine for over a year now if I have the time correct. My alignment had been done at a VERY reputable place ....twice as it was pulling.... I actually went under the truck with the owner and he showed me exactly what he was doing and how it was all lined up..... stupid me and my driveway mechanic skills lol. lesson learned
Also since I had the pull I knew long before any tire wear was noticed. As stated its been over a year since the issue was resolved and I don't see any odd tire wear yet but I don't drive much. Only 7500 miles on my 2017.

I have 5,000 miles on mine and I used the supplied caster bushings. You have to or the caster is very low and the steering feels loose. I've had no issues at all with mine. How did you go back to the factory shocks? They should be too short.

i used the supplied bushings, and it handles great on the road.the shocks they sent were the same length as the factory ,and it rides so much better now.
I have a set of the Aluminum BDS spacers and long bolts if anybody wants to make their own level kit. You’ll just need shocks, and a new trackbar/relo bracket... came off my 18.
