Grill Letters
Hey All,
I have a Paramount raptor style grill on my 2000 F250, and I'm looking for the letters to make the grill say FORD instead of DODD. I've been looking everywhere, but can't seem to find the correct ones. Anyone have any ideas where I might find some? Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Larry,
I've checked ebay like mad. Have had multiple sellers send me the dimension of their letters. I think the "R" would fit as it seems it may be a mil or two off. But the "F" is always like 20-30 mil off. Over an inch! I just think that it would look like crap. There are plenty of letters for newer trucks and most of them are for F150's. Struggling to find the letters for a 99-04 F250. They obviously made the grill as it's on my truck. Can't believe I can't find them. I am wondering if my searches get a bit screwed up as I'm in the UK and Google will tend to lean on your geographic location for results.

2000 F-250 F & R letters raptor grille
I bought these very letters when I ordered the grill in hopes they would fit. Sadly I am still on the hunt and starting to get a disheartened. I am not a huge fan of the DODD but I would be fine if it said DOOD so now I'm looking to see if I can just get a O... Why couldn't they just make it symmetrical?
Does anyone know anyone that could 3D print some letters then get the same color plastic molding?

This should be them. Keep in mind the F is supposed to have a longer edge because it has that border.

The closest thing that I have found, not that I have had them in my hands, are these.

Measuring the existing "D" and "O", they seem pretty close. The "F" is off lengthwise by about 10 mil. I think the rest of the dimensions look pretty good.
I'm on the fence as to pull the trigger or not.

DIY F & R Letters
I had a hard time finding any letters for my 2006 F250 so unfortunately I have in and decided to go the route of modifiy the existing letters. I had no prior experience with doing this and I think it came out great. Check out the video I made. I hope it helps anyone that can't find letters and need to go this route.

I know its irrelevant but why do they make a Grill for a Ford with DODO written in it? What am I missing?

Because they can't make one that says FORD without Ford making them stop. The DODD grille could be changed the FORD by purchasing an F and an R and swapping out the first D and the third D

Seems quite stupid to me. Why not pay Ford for the trademark rights and sell an tremendous amount more of the grilles. That or make a kit to swamp them out easily and neatly.
