Reverse lights stuck on

Reverse lights stuck on. Is it in the neutral safety switch, in the column or the wires going to the transmission? I jumped online and theres different answers.

I just changed the speedometer cable and now its stuck on.

DISREGARD.....ITS FIXED! TRANSMISSION WIRES
