The prices are all over the place but one of the more popular places with free shipping is Fairway Ford out of Ohio and they also have an Ebay storefront.
To avoid cosmetic damage during installation, which takes less than ten minutes, make sure you have a plastic or nylon pry/trim removal tool. Also, there are several videos on YouTube showing the removal and installation....very simple and easy.

Awesome......glad to help out.
After installation, make sure she uses the original lighting to USB cable that came with her phone or an Apple approved cable. Stay far away from cheap non Apple approved cables.
