Why not go to a used car lot with said truck and measure it yourself?
The measurements would be more accurate.
When I was 16, I pulled all the spark plug wires off of my old 250 straight 6 C10 pickup. I was going to replace them and the plugs. Didn't think it out well, because I didn't remember where the plug wires went. I grabbed a piece of paper and a pencil then walked about a mile to a used car lot that had a similar truck. I popped the hood and started to make my diagram. The sales guy went out and asked if he could help me. I told him what I did and just laughed a little and said that I had a good idea and to go ahead and finish what I was doing.
Why have forums to ask for help when the people just tell you to figure it out for your self? Mainly cause im not driving an hour one way at 5 mpgs to get a couple measurements when theres a forum full of people that has it in their driveway AKA both of yall lol.
Op ask question on forum...
Forum members.....Hmmm i could take 5 minutes to find out for the op but instead im just gonna tell him to find out for himself....
I would imagine that swapping the gauge cluster would be much easier. The modern dash is going to be much wider and deeper than the dash on the ‘80-‘95 trucks. Just my opinion though.

Cluster swap is definitely the easy route which ill do that first anyway but id like to do entire dash swap before its all said and done......A member mentioned in my coyote swap thread that he had done a similar swap with 11-14 dash by trans planting the entire firewall and that the same could be done with the newer dashes but the previous gens were alot easier so i may go that route...either way i just want the 95 dash gone.
You might have better luck if you post a pic of a dash edited to show what dimensions you want. I'd considered doing it for you, but height and depth can be taken from different points on the dash...giving different numbers (width is a no-brainer). Since these are not straight across dashes any more, you sort of need to pick from where-to-where you want measured.
Height im not to worried about and width i measured mine across the front top basically where the door panels meet the sides of the dash and for depth dead center would be fine....Radio to windshield should be deepest part and fairly center.

Hmmmmm, you have to drive an hour one way to get to civilization and your vehicle only gets 5 MPG‘s?
My initial reply was a suggestion because if the measurements are wrong, the only person you’d have to blame is yourself hence the reason I didn’t provide any measurements of my 2016 Lariat.
Have a good day. 😂
Regardless of any measurements, the newer trucks are positively massive compared to the older ones. My 2016 absolutely dwarfs my 2002 F150 parked next to it in all dimensions. That said, cutting the dash down to fit will probably be easier than stretching out one that is too small. And in all actuality the newest Ranger truck dash will probably be much closer in size to your 1995 F150.
