Alright the plenums are in for good, Im so glad that part of the project is over. Hopefully the rtv filled all the gaps.
Attached are some photos of the trouble spots, along with an overall photo. With any luck tonight it will be all buttoned up.
You can see where I notched the plenum with a 3/4'' endmill, unfortunately I didnt take a picture of the rear fitting mod. for that I filed the hole square and fit and refit the part wile filing the edge. the goal was to remove the least material as possible
yeah the biggest pain is the drivers side since the brass fitting clears, but the hydraulic line for the fuel does not. A taller brass fitting would solve the problem
