Question Oil leak

My 97 f350 crew, psd will once and a while leak oil out somewhere on the back of the engine. I will see a wet spot on the ground one or two days in a row then nothing for a month. Is there something I should look at that would leak off and on. Thanks for any tips

Ed

Check the top of the engine. It is most likely coming from there. There are alot of possibilities as to what could be leaking, high pressure oil pump or lines, turbo pedistal or oil galley plugs.

oil leak

This is Ed again, I looked on top of my engine and I have oil pooled up under the turbo, it also looks like its been doing this for a while. When someone said look at your turbo pedastal what should I look for there?

Thanks again

There are o-rings in the bottom of the pedistal that you can't see without removing the turbo.
