What is this clamp?

I'm not sure the name of it. Some fuel line quick connects have a clip like that as well. Looks like an A/C quick connect fitting with a retaining clip.

Thank you. I found some clamps online that look very similar, but I can't find the exact part or part number that resembles the same broken piece. If the clamp is just a disconnect tool, does it actually need replaced immediately to prevent any leaks? Or will I be fine for the time being?

Its just a safety lock (and thats where the orifice tube goes BTW). Just ike fuel lines its a quick connect line with a secondary safety lock. Not really necessary but not a bad to have.
