In my experience its about 14psi below whatever the recommended inflation pressure on the door jamb says. It seems to alarm when the pressure is about 15 psi below stated pressures.

I been running 59 front and rear since day one and no TPMS light. Wondering if 55 would trigger it?
I have my TPMS set at 70psi front and rear now. I leave them at 60. On cooler mornings they will indicate 56 or so and not alarm. I do know they will alarm if the pressure is 54 or lower.
As Jim asked above, what inflation pressure does the door sticker call for?
TPMS system is so slow to even communicate with the sensors its crazy, I put new wheels on and it took 3 days before it gave me an error and I drive it multiple times each day. By the time the tires heat up and increase in pressure i bet you would be fine and the system wouldn't even know.
What size tires do you have on your truck, and what are the factory inflation specs (check the load label on the driver B pillar)?
Regards,
Jim / crewzer
The stock 275/65/18's that came with it. Door jam says 60 for front and 75 for the rear. I
Think I'll drop the rears to 55 when not towing and see what happens.
Dealer had them at 80/80, no wonder the ride was so bad when I bought it.
Dropping it to 59/59 totally changed it in a good way.
Jim, Owe you a thanks. For some reason I had it in my head it was 80/80. Glad you asked me to look at the door jam sticker

I run mine at 55 on all four corners. My alarm trips at 50. The ride is so much better than factory settings. Tire wear seems normal. I have 44k on the GY Wranglers that it came with. I think I'll get 50k out of them.

Randy,
Always glad to help out on a forum where I’ve learned so much!
Our 2019 F350 is fitted with 275/65R18E A/S tires; they’re a tad smaller than yours and with a lower load range. The factory inflation spec is 60F and 80R, which is what I use when hauling our truck camper. I use 55F / 65R when runnin’ around lightly loaded, with no TPMS warnings so far.
I may try 50 up front.
Everyone should note that there’s no universal pressure settings; the specs vary based on model (GVWR?) and tire size.
My light came on today at 59psi for a rear tire. Light doesnt seem to be that big of a deal so I am just going to lower all 4 to 55 because the ride is so much nicer.
Maybe one day I can hook up with someone who can reset it for me using floscan.
