Bought a No Limit Fabrication EGR delete kit. Will have diesel guy at Rio Medina NAPA install. What is typical number of hours to install one of these kits? Want to find out to gauge how much money it will cost me based on their hourly rate. Thanks!

Lot!! But to answer your question instead of just making comments you didn't ask for!! And I can't really give you a good answer as it will depend if the bolts holding the pipes come out or break off requiring drill and tap to be done. Shop time to replace the EGR cooler is 2.8 Hrs with all going well but that time could double if bolts break!
I am a vintage motorcycle mechanic and specialize in vintage Japanese carburetors and know all about bolts snapping and needing extraction and fully understand what can be run into. Folks claim soaking with acetone or PB Blaster or Kroil, etc. will help with bolts that have galled because the metal casting is a different metal type than the steel bolt. I have found these things aren't all that helpful as the liquid really doesn't soak down onto the thread much at all. I have found that HEAT and popping the sticky bolt with a hammer or such will often help and even then some will snap. Hoping the thing will go smooth but prepared for surprises.
