I have a 2017 F-250, recently the horn sounded weak and then stopped working completely. The fuse is good and I’ve swapped the relay with another one and still nothing. What could the problem be?
Have you actually checked a terminal on the horn(s) with a multimeter or test light to see if you have voltage at that connection when attempting to energize the horn?

i checked it and it came back with nothing so I went back to the fuse and something was wrong with the fuse. I swapped it for another 20amp fuse and it started working. But when I went back and Checked the horn the voltage was low. I am going to replace the horn.
