Did you try adjusting shorter/longer to see if it helped with bump steer? I have the Carli, and feel that you're right. I put the OEM pitman arm and track bar bracket back on to install the Carli, but it feels like I get more bump steer. I'll play with it for a while, but if making it shorter/longer doesn't remove the bump steer I'll go back to the drop downs.
I run the BDS System 2.5 including the Adj track bar. No Bump Steer and I an running 325x60-20 BFG KM3's. Before that Nitto Ridge Grappler 35x13.50-20's with none either. Dual Fox steering stabilizer as well.

Did it come with a drop down pitman arm and drop down track bar bracket, or did the adjustable track bar line up the axle on its own? I'm on 37x13.5R20 with the 4link BDS

Thanks for the info. Yeah, looks like the kit doesn't use dropped parts after all. Dang, now I gotta play around with my set up. Don't get me wrong, it drives good, but I'm OCD about stuff like this.

I am as OCD as they come lol! One reason I continue to use the BDS products. I think this is my 5th truck using them from leveling to 4 inch lifts on my gassers. I have 26k on mine in 9 months with quite a but off road at the ranch and also at 85-90 in West Texas going to and from. Mine is perfect and as good as any 4wd except for the last Dodge Cummins with a 4in BDS and that is with the beast tires I am running now.
Yup, learned my lesson. Don't mix lift kits unless you're 100% sure it'll work. Suspension harmonics is a real thing, and I did not go to school for it. Guess I have a Carli adjustable track bar for sale. I'm in Austin, but I have land in Smithville, so if anyone wants this pretty much brand new track bar just holler.
