Super duty knock sensor circuit
Hi and thanks for reading. I am working on my 2015 F250 with the "gasaholic" 6.2 liter engine. PCM is reporting P06B6 - ICM Knock/Combustion Vibration Sensor Processor 1 Performance. Before ripping into the intake to replace the sensor(s), I would like to confirm that the problem is actually with the sensor. I did a live capture of the knock sensor data using Forscan and after about 10 minutes values of both sensors pretty much froze.(from 0-65535 knock sensor one froze at 2107, knock sensor 2 at 2298). Typically the way to test the knock sensor involves using a multimeter to confirm continuity but I don't have the wiring diagrams to find the pin position of the knock sensor. I am hoping someone can shine some light on how I should proceed?
