Long crank time.

I started to take my truck apart to do the egr delete. Just before I removed the turbo I realized it already had a egr delete. I put the truck back together and now when cold it takes a long time to start, like 3-5 min of cranking time, and it kills the batteries. I think it could have something to do with oil or fuel pressure??? I can't find any loose connections.

it's a 2004 F350 6.0

after it starts does start right up after you shut it off? I have had a problem and thought it was stand pipes and dummy plugs , so after doing both still had a problem so now nipple seals and injector seals next.

cranking that long will draw your batteries down and burn out your FICM, be careful if it don't start in 15- 20 seconds stop and try again , connect a high power charger to it and try again low voltage is a FICM killer.
