ALASKAF250,
I run a Duramax and am happy with both mods so I can't speak specifically about each 1 for the Ford 6.0 I can tell you this though: The banks ex is a nice exhust - sounds great, not to loud. The only issue I have that a friend of mine with 6.0 doesn't is that at 1800 rpms in my extended cab shorty is that it 'droons' where as his doesn't. He's got a crew cab long box and that might make a diff. But to answer you question I like both - both respectable diesel companies
I have some video showing comparisons, including dyno charts and tow tests showing the 6.0 passing the D-max on inclines towing loads. Plus the Dmax is 10 Db louder when towing 8000lbs.
Are they video clips you can download from the computer, or are they like in VHS/DVD form ????
If you can download the clips, you mind if you can send me some ? I'd like to see the 6.0L smoking the D Max.
I saw that one member gave a link to motorhaven I am not sure if that is the site where it gives quarter mile times on cummins, duramax, psd but I typed in ford chevy truck quarter mile on my search and I found a site comparing the three the 6.0 was almost 4 tenths of a second faster so your 6.0 will pull better that your friends duramax stock at least.
The original owner just bought a 6.0.
Dealer says I might have mine by the end of this month. Keeping my fingers crossed. Desert season is here and I've got the itch bad.

Here's a story for ya (not involving a chebbie though )
I was haulin down the highway trying to catch another DRW truck I saw. It was an older one with the 7.3L in it. It was chipped and had the gauges in it. I quickly caught, and passed it doing about 90. (the lady driving the DRW got a shock )
This truck will beat most of the older 7.3L's chipped. (Don't ask what kind of chip that truck had, this is just an example)
Moral - the 6.0L's are FAST. I can't wait to get my truck chipped !!!
How could you tell that this truck that a lady was driving had a chip ?? If it was a guy that was driving, how do you know he would have let you pass him ??
I'm not trying to start a gender issue here, I'm simply stating that most trucks that have gauges in them also are chipped. This truck was also going well over 100 when I merged on the highway, no way will a stock PSD go over 100 MPH without some work being done. Ie getting rid of the speed limiter, such as a CHIP. Plus I happen to know the persons wife who was driving the truck at the time, so I know for a fact that it is chipped.
