Door Mechanism

F 250 High boy 1973, I need the guys for the door mechanism inside the door, not handles. It is worn out. Looked at LCM trucks, but show every thing but the mechanism. Any ideas where I can find?

1973/79 F100/350 & 1978/79 Bronco is the same.

....PM sent.... my guess is 21818 is worn out.

Possible quick fix - door mechanisms can gunk up, especially if someone hosed it down with WD40 in an attempt to ungunk it. Try pulling it and thoroughly cleaning it before writing it off.

If problem is associated W/part # 21818, carefully inspect the metal mounting base behind and surrounding part # 21818. Similar design W/my 95 F-150, I had to weld the interior of the door where the door mechanism part # 21818 mounts too, the metal was cracked, seems to get fatigued over time.
