Engine bolt kit?
I'm not sure what that is, but head bolts are TTY and new ones are quite easy to find.

If you are wanting ARP head bolts than contact them, as our head bolts are the same as the 5.4 motors and ARP will make you a kit. Only $600 or so will get you ARP head bolts/studs. Other bolts will be the same as a 2V 5.4 motor. You just need more of them.

You can get factory head bolts from ford for less than $100.

If motor has been bored 30 over, I personally would not put much money into it. The overbore suggests it's been remaned and rods have LOTS of miles on them. Our rods are weak and remaned motors reuse them.

Put motor back togather with factory head bolts, and get a factory set of head gaskets that are for remaned heads so they are thicker. This aligns cams so timing isn't off a tad.

If I were building a motor that needs all new main, and rod and head bolts I would:

Get a new oem bare block, get forged rods, and a new set of std pistons. Reuse forged crank, heads etc.

or just get a new shortblock and add your heads and intake and stuff.

Great!

Although I think the V10 forum would be a better place to post.

I recommend a new OEM block. I think they run about $850. They come with all new main bolts and side main bolts and caps.

I am not a fan of boring on these blocks. Expecially yours as its already 30 over and new forged pistons will need proper clearances which may require another bore. Plus I have never found a local machine shop that had a torque plate for proper bore and honing of a V10. With forged pistons and ARP head bolts the block will distort from oem TTY bolts and a torque plate is manditory, in my opinion.

Add the arp studs in main caps and you will distort the mains from the oem TTY bolts so a align hone with arp studs will be needed.

But if you are determined than call ARP they will put a kit togather for you that includes everything you want. IT WILL BE PRICEY. But every bolt you ask for will be in kit.

Cheaper solution is to get ARP head and main bolts, then go to Ford and order the valve cover and misc. bolts from them. I would however get a ARP harmonic balancer bolt. OEM is TTY and it's nice not to have to buy another one if you have to replace balancer.

If you are not going to supercharge or turbocharge this motor I think nonforged hyper pistons are the cats meow. Get some that pump up compression to about 9.5:1 or 10:1 and you will have a very torquey motor. If you live above 5000 ft get some 11:1 pistons.

You might take a list of bolts you want to fastenal, they should be able to put a good kit togather for you.

Head bolts will be an issue though, they are a odd size, length and pitch.
