ARP bolts
Im trying to find head and main bolts for my 400M.
All I can find from ARP are bolts and kits for the 351C.
Are the bolts the same? Im sure someone has come accross this before.

ARP bolts
A word of warning. I used ARP head bolts and due to their harping about it I also used their "special" graphite lube on one engine. Lose the lube! I could not get the bolts to tighten the head down at 110# of torque. There was too much friction. I had to clean everthing out and go back to oil.

I was under the impression that the graphite was a Lubricant and supposed to facilitate torqueing the head bolts to the proper value....and..are you are saying that it made it impossible to torque the head bolts too the 110 ft.lbs .....that's kinda hard to explain....I'll have to remember that!!!!!thanks , fd
