I believe that Midas did conversion vans in the '80s and '90s, so they may well have pimped out other Ford models for dealer groups or whoever. I think they did camper conversions too. Is the sticker in a bare cab or cab and chassis?
I don't believe that they are the same company that sells and installs McExhausts, McMufflers, and McTailpipes...

You can decode the vin but it won't tell you everything that was on the plate. A marti report may give you the desired info. He also reproduces the door jam sticker and door warranty plate
Back in the 70's I worked auto parts business. I remember repair shops had to place a sticker in the vehicle if they replaced anything dealing with the catalyst system. But I don't remeber what that sticker looked like. Possibly?
