Need some info if anyone knows. I have ran across some 18" Procomp wheels. The internet shows them to be 18x9, 5.000 in backspace with 0 offset. I am trying to verify these will fit without rubbing the leafs.
They are 18x9, 5.000 in backspace with 0 offset. I used the calculators you guys provided and then actually found a couple web pages that say they will fit. I was able to pick up 5 wheels that are in very good shape for a price that I couldn't pass on. I then ordered a set of 33x12.50r18 tires.
I am hoping I won't have an issue with rubbing.

My 275/70-18 rub on the fender liner and the air dam when turning....stock suspension.

That was my fear when I compared the two sizes from the manufacturers web page. I went with the shorter tire in hopes of not rubbing.
My concern is the width with the wheel choice.
Well here's an update, but not what I want to share. Had the tires mounted today. As we were getting ready to put the first one on the truck the guy noticed there was air leaking from the wheel where the spoke comes down to the bottom. So lucky me, 2 of the wheels leak air! So I'm out the cost of the tires, mounting, and balancing and have 2 bad wheels! Why can't people just be honest

Oh that just effing blows! I hate **** waffles that lie to get rid of their problems. That sucks...Any chance of repair at all?

I have been calling around to find out that very thing. One place has told me to bring them in to look at them, another person had me send pictures. Called a couple more places with no answer back yet. I hope that they can be repaired.
Some motorcycle folks use a sealer to make spoked wheels tubeless - now, they don't generally inflate said tires to 55psi, but we're probably not looking at the same kind of hole either.
Then there's the concern that the problem could be structural as well as a leak. Different ball game if that's the case.
