First thing I would calm down I don't believe the computer is dead. Odds are when you attempted to start the truck without any of the equipment on it it locked down Federal mandate all you need to do is get a hold of the aftermarket tuning company and ask them for an update reflash the computer and you should be back to good also as someone noted did your batteries go bad if the trucks under so much voltage it will not start happens all the time even in the middle of the summer you'll find that out the hard way trust me. I find it hard to believe after talking to my brother who's a ford diesel mechanic that just turing the flashback would fry the computer unless something happened in the Bios and you brick the computer. You're definitely going to need more help with a diagnostic but as others have pointed out now the truck has been changed no dealer will touch it. You need an after market dealer that does diesel repairs to look at it there's three around me that do tuning they could possibly help you but I'm sure it will cost good luck. Not to add insult to injury but this is why I never bothered deleting and I would never buy a truck without all the parts with the truck if I ever want to go back. good luck
This is why I have said to myself for about 10 years now................Self, if you can not afford to buy a new diesel, just stick with the gassers!!!!
If you don’t KNOW what has been done to it, don’t touch it!
Are you sure the correct tuner that was linked to this truck was used to return the truck to stock? It seems to me there is not a loaded file, and I would expect Ford would load the stock tune if they had access to the truck.
Even with the stock tune loaded and the emission equipment removed the truck would start and drive, ive done it on a ‘12, lots of codes but it moved.
The tuner will download the stock tune into the handheld then upload the tune for the truck. if that isn't the correct tuner for the truck then you can't return to stock. In that case you will need to take the truck to a dyno shop that specializing in tuning diesel motors. Like REDUIM said check the batteries to make sure they are good. Voltage means nothing. They need to be load tested. Then after that is done than start over. Good batteries is always a good place to start. Replace both batteries not just one if one is bad.
I am not a proponent of deleting these trucks as you may have guessed by my previous post but the problems you are having is one of the reasons I don't advocate doing this kind of mod.Another reason is because it isnt good for people who follow you because of all the crap that goes in the air. People spew all this crap about more better that is kidding themselves. These things are trucks not race cars. Not sure why people buy these trucks anyway. They never work them or haul anything. They spend $8,000 for the diesel only to rip out the exhaust and DEF system. Then they think removing the EGR makes the motor run better. Sorry to rant on this but I am just not a fan of removing pollution control systems.

Well because people can buy whatever they want. Do I need 1000cc sport bike to drove around in my 30 mph town? Nope. But I want one.
My truck was towed to Ford for 2 new keys after I lost my only key, they did reflash the ECM in the truck, my truck is deleted but the truck still RAN but was stuck in limp mode.
I reflashed it with my SCT and it was fine. As stated the dealer did tell me since it was deleted I am on my own. I would think it'd be hard to find a dealer to play with that truck unless it has been returned to stock settings completely
Anther thing to mention for the future is that anytime you are flashing the ecu you should have a battery charger hooked up to make sure voltage is good. Low voltage during the flashing procedure can cause issues, worst case being a locked up ecu. Also turn off the hvac, lights, etc. I would think worst case scenario you could have Ford reflash the stock ecu back to factory programming, then load your delete tune and live a happy, amazing running diesel life. Tuning is the most important aspect of the delete thou, I always say do your research before deleting, which is hard to do when buying one already deleted. Usually the only complaints of deleted diesels is due to crap tuning.

Thanks I think that my batteries were low and when I tried to reload the tune it locked me out at 80% so I'm going to take the truck to a powerstroke shop that's about 2 hours away and get them to do what ever to get it back and running

Yeah that could do it, if it doesn't finish loading that is a problem. Did you talk to sct and tell them that? Not sure if they could do anything if they understood the issue. Ford factory reflash would be my go to if not thou. Make sure you have the proper delete tune thou prior to trying this cause you will be in limp mode when they reflash until you put a delete tune back on it, and make sure batteries are tip top before any more reflashing. Who are the delete tunes you have from, or do you know? If you are not happy with them I would talk to no limit and buy a good delete tune and load it for the reflash. They can just email you the tune, then you load it into your sct device.
Your tuner works like this. It downloads the stock tune in to the hand held then it uploads the new tune. The hand held keeps the stock tune and gives the new tune to the truck. It doesn't store the new tune once it's in the new truck. It stores the stock tune only. Thats the reason it's locked to your truck only. So you can't pass the tune around.
