I hate phone driving *****, my Mule also got rear ended by a lady using her phone, thank god I had left the 3 ball hitch attached and had very minimal damage to the bumper
the lady had the ***** to say my truck brake lights were not working thats why she didnt stop lol... Clearly the officer didn't belive her as eye witnesses attest to her being on her phone, Karma serve her.

i don't do it, because my phone does not have text capabilities. and if i do not have bluetooth radio in the vehicle i a driving, i do not answer the phone. my life does not revolve around a stupid cell phone. if the boss did not pay for it, i would not have it.
i got rearended while sitting at a red light in 08. girl was texting and doing 65+ in a 40 zone when she rearended my 02 at speed, she never hit the brakes or slowed down cause she never saw me or the red light. if i was not there, she would have most likely killed the woman in the chevy aero in front of me, which ended up being her mother.
my rear hitch knocked the engine out of the jeep liberty she was driving. engine ended up under the passenger compartment, and the front bumper ended up at the windshield.
did $8,400 in damage to my 02 F250 diesel.
i walked away from it with a broken ankle and severe whiplash.
i always stay back 2-3 car lengths at lights. at the last second i stomped on the throttle, then had to mash the brakes to keep from hitting the car in front of me. when i hit the brakes she hit me again and that is what i think broke my ankle.
