it starts to surge when it gets warm .
In park it's not as bad ..when I'm at a stop light in drive with my foot on the brake. It like sitting in one of those glider rockers ..
Replace the IAC with a brand new one . Nope still surges
So I went to the front of the engine while it was running . Pulled off the air filter . And you can hear the surging through the throttle body . .
Any Ideas . ?

The uplink plug quit working years ago .. this just started. Hoping to find an old school mech . I don't mind swapping parts . I'm only into it 60.00 have you see the YouTube?
I'm assuming you mean the data link connector? If so you'd be best advised to fix that just because---check the fuses feeding the lighter and power port circuits.

Most of us here prefer troubleshooting rather than swapping parts until we stumble across something that seems to fix an issue. We're not prone to spend time and money just throwing parts at something--we've learn that's a huge waste of time and money. Given you've already started throwing new parts at this issue and you're okay with it just continue on that path if its working well enough for you.
Time . To a shop wait for them to get to it troubleshoot it spend $90 flat 4 Hour .
Or my time watching YouTube videos troubleshooting it..
Or spend$60 on parts. And each part took 10 minutes to swap out. Right now I'm still at ahead of the game but thanks I I will fix that data link connector. I did take off to EGR and there was a bunch of carbon inside I'm not going to pull off the intake clean out those parts I'll just junk it. Like the Pink Floyd song Set every year is getting shorter I never seem to find the time
