Yes look under your truck Driver side mounted on the inside part of your frame.......But Don't do what I did!!!.........it was the middle of winter and the wind chill was -3 below wind was blowing and me without a garage. I could'nt get it off so I cut it off
and tried to put a new filter on with hose barbs and hose clamps. when I started the truck Gas sprayed every where. I did'nt know it was a high preasuer hose 40psi to be exact. Had it towed to a garage and cost me $250 to replace the line ( I dont feel so bad my father had pulled engines since he was 15 and he couldn't get it off either) Good Luck
Beings that yours is a Power Stroke Diesel, I would think that it may be around the injector pump area. I believe that it may look similiar to an oil filter. I am not positive though.
If you don't have any luck, you might try the Power Stroke forum.

it should be under truck like jason said, just (A)relieve fuel pressure at fuel rail fitting on top of engine into rag(B)remove plastic clips on filter(C)remove filter. replace new filter and clips mine came off easy some people have trouble. do it fast cuzz gas will run out of the lines. new filters come with new clips. hope this helps.
Doesn't a diesel use a mechanical injection pump and not a high pressure pump like gasoline? All of the diesels that I have seen do. Not sure about the newer Power Strokes though.
