Question Wheel and tire selection help

I currently have a 2000 F250 4x4. Currently running the stock 16 with 265/75 R16 tires and no lift. I've been playing with the idea of changing the wheels/tires for something else.
Found some wheels that are 20x10. I don't mind sticking with the OEM size, but I really like these 20x10 wheels.

My concerns are, one, speedometer differences. Can this be corrected on this model year? Do I just adjust driving accordingly?
Two, tires to use. Sizes, any rubbing concerns from lock to lock?

Anyone using a 20x10 wheel/tire combo with no lift? Advice/concerns?

Alright, those wheels will stick out past the fenders and require a tire like 285/60/20. This size tire gets you highest weight rating, 10ply rating and 80psi. A similar size is the 33x12.50x20 which many times don't have the highest ratings but that could still work for your needs. Either tire wrapped on those wheels on your stock height truck will be very close to rubbing on the fender. If it rubs it will not be by a lot but it is possible. Your truck being a 2000 could sit a lower in the front over the years or maybe it is one that sits high enough to clear. Worst case if you can't keep the tires from rubbing a small leveling kit for those trucks is an inexpensive way to gain 1-2.5 inches. Any tire in the 35" range is going to rub. That 285/60/20 is the smallest tire that fits the rim for your SD truck that I would recommend. Here's a link for them on tire rack:
