Dual shock set up?
I have a 1980 f150 302 np435 4x4 I need new shocks and I was wondering if I should run a dual shock set up on the front cause I live in Arizona and I usually like to treat all my cars like full built trophy trucks😂. So I was wondering if running dual Bilstein shocks on the front would be very helpful for jumps and whoops. I can’t exactly afford very good shocks right now. And fabrication isn’t an issue for me at all.

You can buy the towers and lower mounts for quad front shocks, so you shouldn't need to fabricate anything. As far as I know it can all be swapped in, but somebody can correct me if I'm wrong. The dual front shocks were an option with the trailer or handling package (or both?). Not sure what years.

I believe they called it a "handling package". It was probably the prudent thing to order if you were planning on towing with the truck. I want to say it came with the sway bars also, but I am not sure about that.
