Get a 2011-2012 cluster and it will work in your truck, the only speedo differences are mph vs km/h. The radio doesn’t make a difference.

Get a 2012-2011 version of the cluster. I tried a 2014 version in my 2014 XLT and it would power up and go through the ford splash screen and just reset and do it over and over. I put in a 2012 unit and it worked right off and I never had any other issues. Best I can tell is the it’s related to the way the 2013+ clusters communicates with the overall system.

Thank you all, I have ordered a 2012 and we will see how it goes. Question, my current one has a listing of the gears to show which I am in when using manual shifting. Is that in the screen or will I lose that?
When I’m driving the screen shows a 1-6 listing of each gear with a box around the number for the gear the auto trans has selected. I can watch it go up and down as I drive.
I don’t do the manual selections but would assume it’ll still reflect the selected gear
I am interested in making this swap also. I find it interesting that the 2012 cluster was working for you when a 2012 climate control unit will plug in and work in my 2016 but does work with my remote start.
I have a 2013 F350 6.2l, and I am looking to do this swap.I have done stuff like this with my F150 I had, and want the fancy screen on my dash. The problem I am having is finding a gauge cluster with the screen, in 2011 or 2012, in KPH, and gas not diesel.
Does anyone have a source or place to find these?I have been looking through ebay, kijiji, local wreckers, Ford itself, and can't find the right setup. Does anyone have the part number for the KPH unit? I see above the unit for the MPH one, but when I give those to the parts guys up in Canada, they say it doen't even show that number in their systems. Any help is greatly appreciated.
You should look at car-part dot com. I found mine there. There are Canadian junk yards that post there as well. You will need 2 parts. Speedometer and cruise control switch with 5 button messaging center. This last one you will find it under Column switch. Hope this help.

Hi...thanks for the link. I am a little confused on the switches.....I have on the steering wheel cruise control , and the buttons for the info center...is that what you are meaning?

You have what they call a cruise control 3 button message center switch. This will not allow you to move up, dow, left and right.

looking through the online parts listings, it looks like a 2012 6.2L gas cluster with Kph/mph is CC3Z-10849-HA
Saved old cluster as built info as f350old. Installed the new cluster. Opened and saved the new lariat head unit. Saver as lariat cluster.
Now I get an error.. configuration structure mismatch when trying to load the old cluster info.....do I have to reinstall the old cluster and download again? Can I use the factory as built using my vin?
The cluster works fine, no errors, just thought I needed to update the cluster as built info with my old clusters as built.
I don’t recall having to do any reloads via FORScan. I don’t think you can change the VIN or the mileage. I could never get the compass to work as is discussed previously in this thread.
after I confirmed it was working. I pulled it back out and sent it out to have the miles set to match the cluster I removed and had them add the VIN for my truck.
The video above shows him adding his as built info to the truck. My file I downloaded to do that is wrong...has the above error.
Looking to fix this.
you are correct that the video shows the reloading in forscan. But if you look closely, he is working on a 2011 superduty. For some reason the swap works seamlessly for those years if you use a 2011-2012 cluster. The issue resides when you attempt to swap using a 2013+ cluster as there seems to be some level of difference in how the clusters communicates. This is the issue I and others have encountered.
