Extended warranty parade
im recalling cases of folks with extended ford warranties and were following the normal maint schedule and had all maint done at ford but when a major fail happened that would require the extended warranty to kick in the claim was denied due to insufficient maint history. So lessen learned could be the need to understand when if you need to follow severe duty schedule.
So has anyone else heard of cases in which claims under extended warranty were denied ?

I do my own maintenance and Fords never denied me. However the worse failures I've had under extended warranty has been turbo replacement and bedplate leaks. I do keep records and receipts of all my maintenance.
