Certificate missing with camper package

My truck in the sig line was ordered with the camper package but did not come with the truck.
I called ford customer care, not the dealer, and she opened a claim with my vin number attached.
I received the certificate, with all the info for weights and measurements that pertain to my particular truck about a month later.
Btw, for the people that say it is useless, I disagree. The load limit for the slide in is listed less than the cargo capacity of the truck, by a lot. (~1000lbs iirc)
I think because of the center of gravity thing going on but that’s my guess.
