I received the certificate, with all the info for weights and measurements that pertain to my particular truck about a month later.
Btw, for the people that say it is useless, I disagree. The load limit for the slide in is listed less than the cargo capacity of the truck, by a lot. (~1000lbs iirc)
I think because of the center of gravity thing going on but that’s my guess.

If I recall correctly, the cargo capacity is reduced on the cert because it assumes every seating position is occupied with a 150 lb person. I think you might find this detailed in the cert paperwork.
