2003 4.6 Expidition Steering issue

Hello All,

I have a 2003 ford Expedition XLT 4.6 liter with about 101,000 miles on it. I have an issue with the steering that I have been trying to figure out, some time ago I had the truck towed to a garage to get a head replacement after the spark lug decided to come apart, the notorious 4.6 issue. So after all of that work was done I noticed I have like a dead spot when running strait down the road like it will slightly meander to the left or right. I have looked at the linkage in the steering and haven't noticed a ton of slop just curious if anyone else has experienced this and what there fix was?

Was it towed on a flatbed? If not, was it towed with the rear wheels on the ground or the front?

There shouldn't be any. This could be a simple matter of needing an alignment.

I would suspect it needs an alignment. Maybe while being towed it hit a pothole or something from the wrong direction.
