There's a couple of inches of play in the steering on the right side before the wheels begin to turn. There are definately some worn out parts in the steering column. I have an appt at the Ford garage Tues. Are there any upgrades I could make in the steering to tighten it up?
Anything that is worn in the linkage will do this.
Box bolts loose.
Just about anything that will cause all to go loose.
Expect the worst, hope for the best.
