Using Andersen Ultimate in my '05 F250. Love it...even this old fart can lift this ! I use the rail mount version. Steel. https://andersenhitches.com/catalog/...onnection.aspx

I am using the reese elite that came with the truck. If I were to buy again I'd go with the Anderson.

Putting a B&W turnover set up and sliding companion hitch in my new to me 2017. I had a Curt Q20 on standard rails in my last truck which worked very well (hitch is for sale), I just did not want to have rails in the new truck.

That’s the plan. Wife has a bad back and needed something to take the shock of the bumps on these smooth roads off her.

I spent several minutes checking out the BD3 at the Hershey RV show last year, and I don't tow a fiver! It's a very nice and beefy hitch, good luck with it!

in looking it over and talking to the company service I need to grease unit ever 2-3 thousand miles and keep it covered due to the vertical slide rods

yes it is a very heavy hitch. 168 lbs

I have the Curt 25, the good news it it comes apart in two, so it is not to heavy to install. It uses the puck system too.
