Smoke I love that color on the super duties. And the tires look great. I was building a truck in that color but couldn’t justify spending what the final price was.
Found a truck at what I thought was great price in vanilla but also love your color truck
Thanks for the replies. I'm almost convinced I'm going to either put Nitto Ridge Grappler's or Toyo Open Country AT2's on it. Would you definitively pick one over the other as an every day tire for highway and pulling a boat?
Did you recalibrate your speedometer after installing those new shoes ???
Not sure if I uploaded these pics correctly, but here’s my truck with 295/65-20 Cooper STT Pros on it. I love the tires. Great in anything I’ve thrown at them. No lift, no level, bone stock. No rubbing at all.
Hi, did you recalibrate your speedometer after adding those larger tires ?
295/65/20 nitto terra grapplers. Had them on my last truck as well and did /do great in ice and snow. Pretty quiet as well. No lift no rubbing and speedometer shows same speed when being clocked by road devices
Only one BIG problem with the Michelin’s though, they are rock throwing MF’ers !!! They find every Little Rock and throw them towards your rocker panels , doors , etc !
LOL, yes, true statement. But I have gone through tires like no other because of the rock throwing issues. I live on a long gravel drive and nothing drives me more crazy than my tires picking up and throwing rocks. I pick rocks out of my tires almost daily. Because of this I have recently run:
Michelin Defender LTX
Cooper AT3
Yoko G015
NItto Terra Grappler
Nitto Trail Grappler.
All of the above held and threw plenty of rocks, especially when they were new. My experience is that all tires with tread will pick up and throw, I've spent(wasted) plenty of money looking for the best gravel tire. So with that said, go with the tire that fits your needs and don't worry about the rocks because they all will pick and kick them up.

I'm seriously considering these as they are quite a bit cheaper than either the Toyo AT's or any of the Nitto offerings. How many miles have you put on them so far? How are they holding up?

Really like the G015, especially because of the snowflake rating. I ran the 35x12.50x20 on stock wheels at 65 psi all the way around with no problems. I would buy them again in a heartbeat too, especially if I needed the snowflake. I know they are a tough tire because I first saw them on a logger's truck in the woods and they don't run tires that get flats.

I am looking at them because they are supposedly very quiet and have a decent sidewall look. Originally looked at the Michelin Defender in 35x12.50x20 but think they may look a little ballonish with the smooth sidewall.
Gonna run them on a diesel but their load rating matches the axle rating.
