Interested what people have but from what I’ve seen they push the bumper rediculously far out (the warn kit anyway )
it does push it way out. I found a Westin HDX winch Mount for $599 (usually $899 if I remember) on eBay. I had a hidden mount in my F-150, just assumed they were available for the super duty....apparently not though.
With some of these hidden winch kits you might want to make sure they've actually tested it on a truck with the diesel engine. The diesel has an oil cooler and lines that may sit where the company is trying to put the hitch. I had that problem with a front receiver hitch.
Considering a warn semi hidden winch mount to utilize my factory bumper. Has anyone used this and if so do you have pictures?

thanks, doug
They look terrible, we have them on fleet trucks. The bumper is 4 inches further than stock. Looks terrible but on a fleet truck its perfect. On a personal vehicle get a winch bumper.

That's what I figured. I was trying to avoid the cost of a bumper and added weight to the front end. I already have a winch from another vehicle that I didnt use. Greatly appreciate your opinion.
