Hi all, it looks like my 2012 F250 is needing some brakes and I'm thinking of upgrading from stock since I run 35" tires and may add a truck camper soon. Anyone have any suggestions?
So far the two options I'm considering are 1. Powerstop Z36 rotors and pads on all 4 wheels while keeping the stock calipers, or 2. switching to 6 piston calipers and rotors for the fronts from SSBC. If I go with the second option I probably would leave the rears stock, as the upgraded calipers cost quite a bit. Any thoughts?
I have a 2011 F250 4X4 CCB SB that I raguly tow a 11,200#. BP toyhauler. I have 295/70R18 tires (34.8"). I went with Raybestos R-300 slotted rotors with Bendix Fleet pads. I have about 3,000 towing miles and am happy with them so far..
