Engine size via vin?
Hey there
hope I’m posting in the right area. I just bought a 1964 f600 dump truck. I can’t seem to find vin info for the motor etc
vin is f60AK613606
anybody know what motor was A?

613606 is November 1964 - so 1965 model year.
In 1964 and 1965 the A engine code was the 330 FT Medium Duty V-8 2 barrel
K = Kansas City, MO assembly plant

That was the engine that was installed at the factory, however, it may or may not be what is under the hood now. The FT engine was used between '64-'78 with various displacements. The most refined version was the XD version between '75-'78
