I have no idea why my search would not touch this???

I read somewhere that I needed to take a picture of my door sticker in order to receive a new one along with my Mardi Report. Did I read wrong? Why doesn't the website not ask / have a pdf upload option?

 

Welp... Just got the email from Mardi after the purchase. Took a couple of hours. Pic is on it's way.
