I recently did studs, gaskets, stc, standpipes, dummy plugs, and bullet proof oil cooler. I drove it around didn’t heard exhaust leak but other than it affecting my boost the truck ran good! Today I pulled the turbo and loosened up the y pipe and and up pipe, got everything lined up good with turbo and got it all tightened back down. Cranked up good (1-2 sec) and I let idle while I cleaned up my tools. Pulled out and going down the street I goosed it to see if my boost was biulding up like it should. The inter cooler pipe blew off boot with a pop and truck shut off. I cleaned it up and put back on and now truck cranks and has 0psi on the ICP and 85% IPR! WTH, crank and crank and can’t get any psi, unplugged ICP and it defaulted but still no start. What can cause no oil pressure at all that quick?
Yes, I even pulled the return hose from the bulletproof oil cooler going to the hpop reservoir and had lots of oil flow while cranking! The ICP did get to 55 psi that time

With all the work you have done, you might want to pull and inspect the IPR valve, but in general, it is going to be the same as if you hadn't done any upgrades,
Verify base oil pressure/flow (sounds like you have good flow)
Verify accuracy of the ICP sensor (get voltage AND pressure readings when cranking, unusual to see 0 voltage)
Do an air test
Found busted screen and debri in the IPR, cleaned out and replaced the screen. Truck cranked right up! Drove about 10 miles and no problems. Come back home and parked, Tryed to crank about a hour later and no go! 220 psi on IPR, I’m sure it’s more debri but it to late to pull it again. I thought I kept everything clean while working on but I guess not good enough! Has anyone had to pull it several times to clean it out?

No. I'm a clean freak when it comes to engines. I'd make a surgeon look like a dirtbag. (Alright maybe not but you get the point)
Sounds like you're on the right track though. Did you see the video on youtube about cleaning them produced by Diesel Tech Ron? I'll try to find it and drop a link here.
