Howdy folks. Looking at running up to Delaware next week to look at a travel trailer, and wondering if any of you had any experience with them. The RV dealer is Delmarva in Milford DE.
They are a decent dealership. Their prices are in line with everyone else around here, but, I have found better by doing some internet shopping. Is this a new unit, or a used one?

Used. This is my first foray into campers. I’d like to do a deal on cash, and compared to North Carolina, their prices are much nicer. They have more than one or two in my price range. So I’m liking them, at least online.

Check the dealers in Virginia. That's where I found better prices, on new anyway. BTW, I live in Milford. I'm not dumping on them, I'm simply saying the average price, in this area, can be beat in other areas.

thanks. I’ve checked a few, with none showing the price that I’d like to pay.
.I'd check those dealwers right off I-95 just north of the 295/95 re-entry just north of Richmond.before I drove all the way to D-ware. Take those D-ware prices with you for comparison.
Thanks Bud. We actually ran up to Delaware this past weekend. Stayed at Chincoteague Island on Friday night. Beautiful little town. It's on our list of places we want to go back to now. Then we hit Delmarva RV in Seaford and looked at one. Very quiet and all there. Didn't find what we were looking for. Rode on up to Milford and I must say. The people were outstanding. Everyone we met was super hospitable. They say the south is known for it's southern hospitality, but us down here don't even hold a candle to the people of that town. That Milford diner was amazing good food. We looked at 4 or 5 units at the dealer that were in our price range (most dealers only have 1 low priced unit) and then looked at one just out of our price range. But no worries, they wrote it up for us bringing it right in to budget. Hell i left there still with a grand in pocket very happy with that place. Unit was in excellent shape for price\year.
We will probably sell this unit in a year or so, once we've done our Yellowstone trip down here, and ride back up to get a slightly nicer unit if we decide we really like RV living.
Nice to hear the kind words. The Milford Diner just re-opened, under new ownership, a couple weeks ago. Thank you for the report. Now the wife and I will have to give the "new" place a try.
