Assistance request: NumberDummy
Mr. NumberDummy, I have a 1986 F150 which came with the argent steel wheels [spoked]. The center cap is chromed steel with a red medallion in its center. I have seen later year trucks with the same except for having a black medallion. These can also be seen on the aluminum factory wheels.
Can you help me find some replacement red ones?
Thank you in advance!
The one I have is like this, except the medallion has degraded.

These are a real b!tch to look up, there are many variations, plus the anchors that fit into the wheels that retain them are either nylon or steel.
Look on the backside of the puppy, there should be an ID number marked on it.

E2TZ-1130-C .. Chrome w/Red Center Ornament - Use with
Forged Aluminum Wheel - 7 1/8" diameter / Obsolete
Wheel section calls this a cast aluminum wheel // See TYPE 12 in pic.
NOTE: TYPE 5 is the styled
steel painted spoke wheel that some peeps call a wagon wheel. This wheel does
not use E2TZ-1130-C

Let me try again. I was not clear...
I do not need the chrome part. I am wondering if replacement center medallions were offered?
Thank you, gentlemen!

Ford never offered them separately.
