O2 possibly bad

Hey there guys, been trying to diagnose a wierd hesitation while driving, it happens most at a steady throttle, and it will happen up hill and going flat, doesn't matter if it's tow haul mode or manual mode it still happens, I was watching logs this week with the torque app and my odblink mx, I was watching the O2 voltage, bank 1 sensor 1 was moving around a bit but pretty steady between .7 and .9 volts, while bank 2 sensor 2 was pretty close to bank 1, but whenever I would feel the pulse bank 2 would drop voltage to 0 and then spike up to 1 volt and steady back out at .8 until it would drop and do it all over again..

Today I pulled the wire harness for bank 1 and the sensor on the drivers side, fired the truck and watching both voltages, I saw both bank 1 and bank 2 voltages, I plugged bank 1 back in and unplugged sensor 2, the one in the cat, at which point I got voltage on bank 1 but not bank 2.. so my thought is... The bank 2 sensor in the cat on the passenger side is bad because.. there is a sensor on both sides and when I unplugged the driver side pre cat o2 sensor I still got data from the passenger side pre cat sensor.. but when I pulled the driver side cat sensor.. I didn't get any data.

Is my logic correct on this? Next question... How the bloody heck do you get to the in cat o2 sensor connector? I couldn't see it or feel it from under the pickup.. I'm guessing you have to pull the wheel liner??

And last question.. motercaft or ngk or??

Truck is a 2014 f350 with 61.5k on it currently.
