Has anyone purchased the most recent map update

I just checked the ford owners site and tried to go through the process of purchasing a map update for a 17 F350 and it states "This Product Is Currently Unavailable", are they not charging for map updates with sync 3?

That explains it, I saw the truck in your signature and I was thinking you are going to be disappointed when you try to find a place to plug that SD card into.

When I checked last April, the website said I had the most up to date version available. Now it says "This Product is Currently Unavailable".
I suspect they are in the process of updating all their navigation maps and none are available for any platform until the new version is released.
Edit:
Just got off the phone with a "Here" representative. These are the folks that provide the navigation map updates for pretty much all the different manufacturers globally.
Anyway, I was told that the A10 update for Ford and Lincoln MyTouch systems should be available the first week of February.
Sync 3, on the other hand is not so easy. It too will be available the first week of February, but only through dealerships. The dealers use something called Electronic Field Communication (EFC) to install the update. The newest version is/will be EFC 06376.

Received the new sim this evening. It didn’t come in a blister pack or anything but does appear new and correct.
I replaced the resident A5 card and booted up the system. Everything was seamless and appears to work just fine.
The A10 comes out next week, but considering the price difference I think I can live with the A9 for a while.

I was under the impression the DVD updates for 2011-2012 were VIN locked. Someone in the 1999-2016 Diesel Truck Forum said they got one off eBay.
