I have a 2011 F250 with factory NAV that has never been updated and is terribly out of date. My question is can I go from 3.0X to 11.0X directly or does it need to have one or more
of the updates in between?
Thanks for any help.
Mark
The update for the 2011 and 2012 trucks with the "brick" radios (all items contained in one unit/brick) require the update be performed via DVD and the DVD's are VIN locked. I am not sure what you ordered off eBay, but suspect it will not work for your truck. Hope fully you can return it.
What is the link on eBay for the item you purchased?
[QUOTE=Just Strokin;what is the link of the item you bought?[/QUOTE] Its https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Clario...97.m4902.l9144 Its for a 10.0X 2017 update not a 11.0X 2018. update but its also $100.00 delivered not $150.00 + tax and shipping. I didn't want to pony up much to update.
