A while back I replaced my 1995 F150 XL dome light...

With a new one out of a Mustang/Thunderbird/'97-'03 F150... can't remember which one I settled on at the Pull-a-Part. It works great, substantially brighter than the OEM light... but the aim is a little odd from the map lights.
So now I am seeing this type on eBay, with a different looking plastic cover, is the lens below the proper type for a regular cab truck?
I am going to test this out soon unless someone already knows the answer!
The newer style dome light does have two different style lenses for the direction of the map lights for regular cab and super cab. With the super cab lens, the map lights are nearly useless in a regular cab truck, but it works alright the other way.
