Check Engine Light at startup
Howdy Guys. My latest issue is my Check Engine Light comes on during cold start which is weird because it really doesn't get all that cold in S. TX. Once the old gal starts to warm up a little and just a couple minutes later, the light goes off and the truck runs fine throughout. Wonder if it has anything to do with the Edge Programmer I keep on stage 3 - Extreme. Not much to go on I know but even if I brought it to a shop it would be tough to diagnose as it only occurs in certain conditions and only for a few minutes. Troubling though, the check engine on this thing has never been very sensitive and I feel like this may be an indication I need to whip out the old Bucks Bazooka once again.

I know it. Its just that I had a chip burned here locally prior to much of the extensive work/upgrades I've had done and that six position chip came ajar and fried my PCM. After that came replacing every dam sensor, the injectors, turbo,intake, intercooler - you name it so I never wanted another of those. I in my ignorance had no idea that the thing could just pull out away from the PCM and literally caught it on fire - all while on vacation with my family out West.
