2011 Ford F-350 SRW
rear end shake develops on my truck right at 50 MPH continues to 55 MPH and dissapates. Will happen when truck is in 4th gear accelerating, not 5th gear and will happen in 6th gear. All tires are balanced correctly truck has a 2in level on the front. Driveshaft maybe? U-joint? I’m at a loss
^^^What Fracture said^^^.
I spent 2K chasing down a vibe on mine before finding a frizshint frozen caliper pin. Shame on me being a "seasoned wrench". Can't hurt to look at the main shaft ujoints. Sometimes you need to actually remove the drive shaft and manipulate the joints to feel a bad cup versus a visual inspection. Inspect the ebrake shoes too.
