I think Dynomax and Magnaflow are the best. Don't which one is better but I doubt unless you have a bunch of other mods you couldn't tell the difference.
anyone ever tried a glasspack? cherry bomb?
the previous ownwer installed 2in pipe to a 2 in cherry bomb
and then duel outs.
i dont think this is enough flow for the motor
it seems like its holding back at higher rpm
could it be bad exaust?
Glasspacks? If you want that kind of sound just cut off your muffler! Plus, depending where you live, you'll probalby get a ticket. I like Borla, because it sounds like stock at idle, but if you hit the gas you get a great deep growl. I guess it just comes down to personal preference, I doubt that there is a big difference as far as performance.

i've always wondered about this...is there anyway to get dual exhaust without the loud muffler sound? i would love dual exhaust, with the factory sound...or just a real slight growl (kinda like an old 5.0 mustang). would quieting them this way defeat the purpose of dual exhaust?
Glass packs are very restrictive, believe it or not. The baffles create alot of turbulance and create backpressure. A good turbo muffler will be better. They aren't as loud, but flow good. I would suggest a Walker Dynomax Super Turbo muffler. These will give you the sound that you want, and better performance to boot.

Jimmy,
you were responding to my post right? if so...
what would a system like that run? and would it be a "true" dual exhaust, you know, no "Y" in the system length, just two separate units all the way from the exhaust manifolds to the exhaust tips?
